I am not trying to force a serious relationship from the first message. A good conversation and a natural connection are more than enough to start with. Some weekends I am out exploring, other weekends I am perfectly happy doing very little. A bit of balance suits me. I have my own life and interests and I think that is healthy. Spending time together should feel like a bonus, not an obligation. I do not need a perfect match on paper. If it feels easy and we make each other laugh, that is a very good start.
